Covid 19 Update : Distance Learning – January 2021

Scoil Eoin will move to distance learning for the month of January, in accordance with government guidelines.

It has been a busy start to the year, with Scoil Eoin staff and Scoil Eoin parents working closely to ensure that the boys learning is disrupted as little as possible. As before, Infants to Second Class are engaging with the Seesaw platform and Third to Sixth are engaging with Google Classroom. Daily support for and interactions with the boys is being provided by teachers through these platforms.

If any parent is having difficulty accessing the relevant platform, or if you have any questions or queries in relation to distance learning, please make contact with your son’s teacher via the teacher’s school email address. The school office can be contacted as usual via reception@scoileoin.com.

The reopening of schools for children with special and additional needs has been postponed by the department, until further notice.

We look forward to welcoming the boys back to Scoil Eoin as soon as it is safe to do so and will continue to support our pupils’ learning in any way we can in the meantime.
