5th Class boys have been taking care of the rhubarb that grows very successfully in Scoil Eoin’s vegetable garden. The boys harvested the rhubarb stalks and carefully prepared them before cooking with sugar, water and a little orange. The boys finally served it with vanilla ice-cream. What a treat for their class!
