Work on Scoil Eoin’s VEX Robotics campaign began last September. Using the kit, 6th Class boys began the long road of buliding the best robot that they could to compete at this year’s VEX Robotics Competition in C.I.T. tomorrow. Engineers were chosen based on best design. Coders were chosen from the boys who have been upskilling during after school Scratch classes. Trials were held to determine the most accomplished drivers.
The boys travel to C.I.T. early tomorrow morning to compete against a wide variety of schools and we wish them the very, very best of luck. Míle buíochas to Mr. Sheppard and Mr. O’ Shea for their commitment and dedication to the project and to the boys.
